After waiting for the right price and giving up and buying one "used" I finally have a Dell Mini 10 to make sleeves from! Of course the day after I bought it they went on sale for $50 less in the Dell Outlet, and the full sized ones got a properly sized screen - but that's another story....
Same great sleeve as the Mini 9 fitted sleeve, sized for the Dell Mini 10!

The base sleeve has a 3 inch flap. If you order the Front External
Pocket the flap will be lengthened to 6
inches. For the front pocket on main body, the flap will cover the pocket; for the front pocket the outside of the flap, well - the pocket will be on the outside of the flap!
Please be sure to verify your body and trim color (which is the binding around the edges of the sleeve and pockets) below.
If you are ordering a handle or shoulder strap then I recommend black trim to tie it all together.
According to the TSA standards, this sleeve is considered "Checkpoint
Friendly" if configured without any external pockets or with only an
external pocket on the front flap. The front flap option allows you to
flip open the sleeve and lay it out in the tray without the need to
remove the computer or any of the accessories in the pocket.

I have flown through Portland, Oakland and San Jose with my Mini 9 in a
base sleeve with no issues; however, I hear that Duluth may be the
exception to every TSA regulation out there.
The thread color used throughout the sleeve will be matched to
the trim color. Photos of the pull tabs can be found at the bottom of
the page.
I am happy to make any combination of colors listed
but I recommend against contrasting color and trim (Olive/black,
Orange/black) as even the most minute of stitching misalignments
becomes quite apparent. Olive and Black (pictured below) is an
excellent example of this - the stitch misalignments you see are
actually less than 1mm off.

To fit with a 6 cell battery you will need to store the Mini 10 in the sleeve "nose first" with the battery up, towards the flap. The photos below show the sleeve with the front pocket on flap, buckle closure and the 6 cell adaptation. For fitting with a "6 cell battery" I use a 1" piece of dowel temporarily attached to the bottom side of my standard 3 cell battery.
