Custom Soft Goods

Custom soft goods are hand made to your specifications. As such there will be a delay in the time that your order is placed to the time that it is completed and shipped. This delay depends on what other orders are already queued. I will try to complete all orders within 48 hours of payment (frequently, much shorter than that!), but sometimes the delays could be longer. If I anticipate that the delay will be over 72 hours I will notify you via email of the status.

Believe me, I am very conscious of my build times; your overall satisfaction with me and this process is of the utmost importance. I will do everything within my abilities to meet your needs!
